England swing like a pendulum do
Hope to be celebrating tomorrow:
If “Leave” wins, is it mandatory for it to happen or can Parliament decide to stay and ignore the voters?
The referendum is non binding…
For intelligent and insightful views on the matter check out Rocking MrE’s Youtube channel.

I like that!
Being musically minded, I may have come up with that on my own but you get 100% credit
It will change. 🙂
Fingers crossed Brexit wins!
The lame stream media has been bleating for days that remain is in the lead. I think the intent is to discourage leave votes. However it cuts both ways, if you are a remain voter and you hear that remain is well ahead, why waste the time voting……
Hopefully the UK will win their escape.
Please stop posting Mish you’re killing me! I hope the Brits decide for freedom
I cant get to sleep. This is too exciting.
As someone said on another board.
ITS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just in. The bookies now have leave as favourites.
Leave would be the intelligent decision.
Although,University of East Anglia does not hold much credibility after Climate gate and the ‘Michael Mann’ E=mails, that showed lying about the climate and the ill famed climate hockey stick climate chart.
And……It`s a rigged planet… so…???????????????
Thanks for your work Mish
Meanwhile noted economist Lindsay Lohan is tweeting that it will take 15 years for the pound to get back to where it was…remain instead.
Lilo is still alive? I thought she overdosed five years ago….
I thought this would be like the Quebec indy vote, leave ahead until the adults in the room decide it’s too radical and put their thumb on the scale! Now I’m thinking the GO vote is too big to finagle.
Nigel Farage told us the real outcome of the referendum hours ago:
“The Eurosceptic genie is out of the bottle and will not be put back”.
.
A narrow Remain victory (if it happens) won’t give Cameron a mandate to obey Brussels — it will throw the whole project into doubt. No one thinks Remain can win by enough of a margin to matter.
Even the EU supporters know the EU doesn’t have the money to keep kicking the can down the road for long. Taxing and regulating industry to death will only make the EU’s tax revenue situation worse — as Hollande is learning the hard way in Paris.
Heads the UK puts the EU to a merciful death.
Tails this ridiculous soap opera drags on a few more years, bankrupts a few million more families across Europe and leaves the entire EU in riots like Paris and Athens.
I’ll believe it when the count is final and certified.
In the meantime, as always, I’m expecting the Remains to nip the Leaves at the wire by a nose in a photo finish.
A victory for the People is beyond my comprehension in a world run by big money globalists and their cronies.
We’ll know tomorrow.
Even if the Leaves win – will the vote of the People be overruled?
At the end of the day it’s not the votes that matter – it’s the outcome.
Europe is 15 years into a loveless marriage. They fight about money constantly. They fight about immigration constantly. The north and south (German and Mediterranean?) each think the other partner should make more sacrifices to save the union. They speak different languages, have different traditions, they even have different electric sockets (and voltage).
If 15 years into a marriage, you are still not sure it is going to work, and you can only muster 52% support for staying (for the sake of the kids / for the sake of the welfare checks) — the only people who will be happy about that are the divorce attorneys.
BTW — the kids see the parents fighting. They may not have the maturity to explain why mommy and daddy are fighting, but they are not fooled. They have classmates who’s parents got divorced.
Europe simply isn’t on the same page, and a Remain “victory” won’t fix that.
remember the U of East Anglia is the one that falsified data in the Climate Change fiasco…
If this guy is right, Remain has no chance! https://twitter.com/chrishanretty/status/746161916431712257
Correct LFOldTimer… remember the initial TARP vote in ’08. House voted it down after listening to the US population. Few days later? TARP vote was reversed in a second House vote. Screw the people. The Big Money won.
Same could happen in England.
I remember when the Bank of England bet the ranch on England staying in the ECU currency band.
George Soros walked away $1 billion richer, and the BoE walked away with egg on their face.
I also remember the House of Windsor pretty much ordering Charles and Diana to stay married for the good of the realm… lets just say that didn’t work either
Big money often wins, but it can’t order the tide not to come in
Maybe they rig this vote and/or the next … but the EU is failing either way
Stay tuned for a Hank Paulsen equivalent to step up to the plate and warn the governing body of “martial law and tanks in the streets” if Brexit is allowed to proceed.
Besides, my understanding is that a Leave victory only triggers a 2-year negotiation about the mechanics of the breakup that will ultimately be arranged by the globalist money changers – not by the People. We can guess the outcome of that negotiation, can’t we?
If the final certfied vote gives a victory to the Leaves I will be very surprised. Last I looked the Leaves were leading by a margin of less than 1%. The globalists are creating lots of extra work for themselves. Generally that’s not their style.
But it ain’t over ’til it’s over. A lot could happen in the next 12-24 hours. It’s not that hard to rig a few thousand votes.
BBC is officially forecasting LEAVE to win, with 51.9% support.
You have put too much faith in a bunch of unelected buffoons. They might have been able to rig an election, but if they could rig the outcome they would have done so long before now.
Europe is fighting about money. They are fighting about immigration. They have different languages, different cultures, different electric plugs and different voltages.
My brother is a divorce attorney, and just bought a new mansion paid for by failed marriages with less problems than the EU.
It has been very un-PC to openly say you’re for Brexit. So you keep your mouth shut or lie when asked what you think. When you’re standing in that voting booth a sly grin crosses your face and you realize no one will ever know how you voted. Plus the rain didn’t hurt.
Someone please explain to me why some people think it is so bad for England to go back being England again – a sovereign nation.
Hopefully they can now stop the muslim takeover ~
Because as that noted economist Lindsay Lohan says, industrial accidents are down 50% since adopting European safety standards.
I guess coke heads like LILO don’t realize you can adopt someone’s standards without being ruled by them…assuming her figures are correct
I don’t know if LiLo is alive or overdosed somewhere, but her economic forecasting track record still beats Juncker and Draghi.
Time to get back to work. BBC says LEAVE has won (no longer a forecast, leave has more than 50% of total turnout)
